General
- These terms of service are subject to change. Any and all commissions will be subject to the most recent version of these terms of service at the time of completion of the service.
- Prices may be adjusted depending on the complexity of the work.
- I reserve the right to stream, share, and otherwise utilize the artwork for my social media unless specifically requested otherwise. This request may increase the commission price.
- I reserve the right to decline your commission for any reason.
- Communication will happen through either the way of the first contact or e-mail ([email protected]), unless requested and agreed up on otherwise.
Payments
- I will only accept payment through Pally.gg built in system. (For now)
- Work on a sketch will start only after a deposit price has been received. This price will be agreed up on beforehand and vary based on the commission and its complexity.
- The price of the sketch will be included in the full price of commission. (It is not an addition.)
- After completion of the sketch, it is expected that a deposit of 50%-100% of the remaining price must be received before continuing any work on the project.
- You will only receive the work digitally after paying the full price. (Depending on commission: XYZ.png and XYZ.clip or XYZ.psd or XYZ.vrm for Vroid)
- Do not send any payment without the approval of your commission!
Revisions
- You will receive various amount of revisions depending on the complexity of the piece, they will be lower resolution and might include a watermark on them.
- During the sketching phase there will be multiple revisions to ensure that the client's requests are met as well as possible. If the phase exceeds the initial time estimate due to the amount of changes made, there may be extra charges. You will be informed beforehand.
- After the sketching phase is over only minor changes will be allowed. Any bigger change will come with extra charge.
Deadlines and Delivery
- The time to finish a commission will vary between 1 week and 3 months depending on factors like the complexity of the commission, health, other commissions with deadline and not calculable outside reasons.
- Commission with deadline will have extra fee agreed up on beforehand.
- If there are any delays in the process, you will be notified.
Use
- You may publish my work on your social media as long as you visibly credit me.
- You may use it for PERSONAL use including but not limited to profile pictures, banners, wallpapers.
- You may create a physical copy of the commission (like print, mug, etc.) as long as it is PERSONAL use only.
- Sketches may be used as reference to commission other artists, only if I am visibly and prominently given credit for my work. If for any reason this is not the case, you will be held liable.
- You are NOT authorized to put my sketch or finished work into any AI image generators.
- You are NOT authorized to modify my finished work without my permission.
- You are NOT authorized to create NFTs out of my work.
- You are NOT authorized to trace my work.
Intellectual property rights
- I will retain all the rights for the commissioned work.
- I reserve the right to publish the artwork or pictures of the project on my social media, my art galleries and artbooks.
- I reserve the right to use the before mentioned in my marketing, advertising my services and on my portfolio.
- You may not claim the work as your own.
- I reserve the right to monetize the work in any ways.
- If you wish to buy the rights for commercial use, it will cost an additional 100% or more of the original commission price and this price is to be discussed before said payment occurs.
- You may purchase the rights later only after the commission is done.
Refunds
- At this time there are no refunds available.
- Because of this I suggest to only deposit the 50% of the commission price after the sketchphase has been done. (see details in Payments)
